These Terms govern your use of Appzo Registered Agent. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
This document is a template. Before launch, it must be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel. It does not constitute legal advice.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service description
Appzo Registered Agent provides administrative business formation assistance and compliance support services for U.S. LLCs.
We are not a law firm. We are not an accounting firm. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
All LLCs formed with our assistance are owned solely by the customer. We act as a coordinator with state agencies and third-party partners (e.g., Northwest Registered Agent).
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including tax, regulatory, and reporting obligations in your country of residence.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to provide false information.
4. Fees and state fees
Our service fees are stated at the time of purchase. State fees are paid directly to the relevant U.S. state and are passed through without markup.
All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our services. You may not misuse our services to attempt fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws principles. ⚠ CONFIRM with counsel before launch.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or in-product notice.
