1. We are not a law firm or accounting firm
Appzo Registered Agent is not a law firm and is not an accounting firm. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Communications with our staff are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
2. What we actually do
We provide administrative business formation assistance and compliance support services. We coordinate with U.S. states, federal agencies, and third-party partners (e.g., Northwest Registered Agent) on your behalf, based on the information you provide.
3. What we don't do
We do not provide legal advice on entity structure, contracts, dispute resolution, or regulatory matters.
We do not provide tax advice, prepare tax returns, or determine your tax obligations.
We do not represent you in any legal or administrative proceeding.
4. Customer ownership
All LLCs formed with our assistance are owned solely by the customer. We do not hold equity, control, or signing authority in any entity formed for a customer.
5. When to consult a licensed professional
Consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal questions about your entity, contracts, or compliance obligations.
Consult a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or qualified tax advisor for any tax planning, filing, or reporting questions.
Consult an immigration attorney for any visa or immigration-related questions tied to your business.
6. Partner disclosures
We coordinate with Northwest Registered Agent for filings and registered agent service. We do not receive undisclosed referral commissions for any partner relationship.
7. Complaints and concerns
If you believe we have failed to live up to these commitments, please contact support@registeredagent.appzo.app. We take these concerns seriously and will respond within one business day.
